To enroll in this activity you must take into account the following:

OBRIGATORIO:
  • Presentar o DNI
  • Saber nadar
  • Uso da máscara en todo momento da realización da actividade
  • Non se pode fumar durante a actividade
  • No caso de menores de idade, autorización dos tutores legais.
ACONSELLABLE:
  • Roupa de abrigo e de auga (aínda que non chova); calzado impermeable e que non esbare
  • Gorra, gafas de sol, protección solar
  • Bolsa estanca
  • Chaleco salvavidas (de non traelo, a organización proporcionará un)
  • Auga
  • Pastillas para o mareo (de ser o caso, ou se é a primeira vez que se sae a navegar)
